Refund policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please refer to the guidelines below:

 

Timeframe:

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

For standard returns, requests are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

Returns will not be accepted for opened or tampered items.

Process:

1. Contact us at shopify@himerose.in with your Order ID and issue details.

2. Share images or videos to verify the product’s condition, if required.

3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

4. Customers bear the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom/personalized items.

Personal care products.

Perishable or hazardous goods (e.g., flammable liquids, food).

Sale items and gift cards.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned

product.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If a refund hasn’t been received within 15 days of approval, contact us.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Unopened and unused items can be exchanged within 48 hours of receipt.

Process:

Raise a request at shopify@himerose.in.

Customers bear the exchange shipping costs.

Late / Unacceptable Returns & Exchanges

Requests made after 48 hours of receipt may not be eligible.

Opened, used, or tampered items will be rejected for return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

Shipped orders cannot be canceled but can be returned following the return policy.
